Thank you for shopping with Anusparsh. We understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your Order Number.

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Anusparsh

Anusparsh reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Product is out of stock.
Incorrect pricing due to a technical error.
Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.
Payment failure or unsuccessful payment verification.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
Circumstances beyond our control that prevent order fulfillment.

If your order is cancelled by Anusparsh after payment has been received, a full refund will be initiated.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be applicable as no payment has been collected.

Modification of Orders

Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changing the delivery address, contact information, or products ordered may not always be possible.

If you need assistance, please contact our customer support immediately after placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
